Our client, a well-established company in the natural products distribution industry, is seeking a Bilingual Inside Sales & Customer Service Representative to join their team in Guelph, Ontario. This position is ideal for professionals who enjoy building relationships, helping customers, and working in a collaborative environment. Key Responsibilities

- Serve as the first point of contact for customers by phone and email.
- Provide exceptional customer service in both English and French.
- Process customer orders accurately and efficiently.
- Respond to inquiries regarding products, pricing, availability, and order status.
- Recommend products and identify opportunities to support customer needs.
- Communicate order updates and resolve customer concerns professionally.
- Maintain accurate customer records and documentation.
- Support internal teams to ensure excellent customer experience.
- Follow established procedures and meet service timelines.




- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.

Qualifications

- Fluent in both English and French (written and verbal).
- Previous experience in customer service, inside sales, retail sales, account support, call centre, banking, hospitality, or other customer-facing roles.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office and computer systems.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Positive attitude and strong team orientation.
