Be a key player in cancer research as a Bioinformatics Analyst at Princess Margaret Cancer Centre, Toronto. This full-time role is focused on genomic data analysis and collaboration with leading scientists. The position supports advanced research in lymphoid malignancy, reporting to the Principal Investigator.

Candidates should have experience in data pipeline development, programming skills in R and Python, and knowledge of NGS data types. This role offers a unique chance to work with state-of-the-art computational tools while contributing to influential cancer studies and advancing methodologies. Key Responsibilities:

- Execute experiments on tumor-microenvironment interactions
- Develop and oversee data integration methodologies




- Collaborate with researchers on sequencing data interpretation
- Contribute to open-source software for data analysis
- Document and communicate results effectively Requirements:
- B.Sc., M.Sc., or Ph.D. in bioinformatics or related discipline
- At least 1 year of relevant experience
- Familiarity with high-performance computing systems
- Hands-on with RNA sequencing and cancer genomic analysis
