D365 Customer Engagement Functional Architect Data & Dynamics Team to design, architect and implement solutions with Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE). Work with customers and internal stakeholders, including clients, business analysts, developers, and other architects, to define customer solutions that exceed business requirements. Provide pre‑sales technical assistance, demonstrations, and product education as required.

Analyze complex requirements and develop IT strategies and multi‑technology solutions leveraging Dynamics 365 CE and the Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI) aligned with industry best practices. Stay abreast of changes and opportunities for Dynamics 365 CE and the Microsoft Power Platform.

Agile best practices using Azure DevOps, including contributing to the creation and grooming of a program backlog of features and tasks. Create documentation including conceptual design, solution architecture, data models, integration designs, as‑built diagrams, knowledge transfer materials, FAQs,



and transition to operations information. 5+ years of industry experience in customer engagement domains such as sales, customer service, field service, or marketing (consultant or SME). 5+ years of experience with Dynamics 365 CE (Sales, Customer Service, Field Service, or Marketing) and/or legacy Dynamics CRM. Strong experience with the Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, Power BI). 3+ years of experience with Agile frameworks.

Industry certifications such as Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE certifications (e.g., Solution Architect Expert), Microsoft MVP, Prosci, Scrum.

Azure Integration

Services, APIs) and data migration strategies.
