Location : Hybrid 3 days in the client's office- Toronto, Canada
Requirements
- this is 80% business facing role and sit in business (not IT)
- ~5 years experience working closely with business to deliver technology products
- Lead requirements discussions with business
- Drive requirements delivery with WW team
- Manage all SDLC phases to deliver feature changes to Canada business
- Conduct Testing
- Plan and support rollout activities - training, comms and post GoLive support
- Majority Salesforce project + Other non projects
- SFDC experience desired (Sales / Marketing Campaign). Candidate will support capabilities built on Salesforce
- Strong communication skills to lead and manage product feature discussions and delivery with business team
- Proactive with Valuable Problem solving skills
- Able to work independently
- Quick learner
