Here's a brief overview of the tasks and responsibilities you'll have :

- Provide functional support for systems related to site activities, including incident management, analysis, diagnosis and resolution;
- Ensure the application of work processes and contribute to their continuous improvement;
- Identify business needs, analyze functional gaps and recommend appropriate solutions;
- Participate in IT development projects, including testing, implementation and deployment of solutions;
- Collaborate with relevant teams and users to facilitate understanding and implementation of solutions;
- Manage data and access to systems by ensuring their quality and integrity;
- Produce and maintain functional documentation and working methods;
- Provide support and training to users while contributing to change management activities;
- Perform functional and integrated testing in collaboration with stakeholders;
- Contribute to the monitoring of project deliverables, milestones, risks and dependencies;
- Produce analyses and performance indicators related to the unit's activities;
- Identify operational irritants and propose concrete ways to improve adapted to the context of construction sites.

The profile you are looking for is as follows:





- Hold a bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience;
- Have between six (6) and nine (9) years of experience in business analysis, including a functional lead role;
- Demonstrate a solid capacity for analysis, synthesis and popularization;
- Experience in application support, including incident management, prioritization and resolution;
- Demonstrate leadership, rigor, initiative and a good spirit of collaboration;
- Demonstrate the ability to quickly understand complex operational issues and propose pragmatic solutions;
- Proficiency in Agile project management tools, including Jira and Confluence;
- Experience in opportunity analysis as well as in the development and implementation of information systems;
- Demonstrate experience in modeling and transforming business processes;
- Ability to manage priorities and meet tight deadlines in a context with multiple simultaneous requests;
- Knowledge of the company's information systems and value chain (an asset);
- Knowledge of contract management in the construction industry (an asset);
- Hold a certification in business analysis or experience in an Agile environment or in a matrix context (an asset).
