Location: Toronto (Hybrid — 3 day/week )

Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and technically skilled Digital Analytics Consultant to support data preparation, reporting, dashboard development, and analytical initiatives that drive business decision-making. In this role, you will work with data from multiple sources to create accurate, meaningful, and actionable reporting outputs while ensuring data quality and consistency. You will collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into reporting solutions, maintain reporting assets, and deliver insights that help teams measure performance and identify opportunities for improvement.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Develop and maintain recurring and ad-hoc dashboards, reports, and analytical deliverables for business stakeholders
- Collect, prepare, standardize, and validate data from multiple sources to support reporting and analysis needs
- Analyze complex business questions and data sets to generate actionable insights and recommendations
- Monitor data pipelines, perform quality assurance checks, and troubleshoot data issues to ensure reliable reporting outputs
- Translate business requirements into technical specifications for reporting and visualization solutions
- Design and enhance data visualizations that clearly communicate performance metrics and trends to decision-makers
- Maintain reporting assets and ensure outputs align with established data models, KPI definitions, and business logic
- Create and update documentation for dashboards, reporting processes, and operational procedures
- Support ad-hoc data requests, analysis, and reporting needs within defined timelines




- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve reporting processes and data accessibility

QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

- 3–5 years of experience in data analytics, reporting, business intelligence, or a related field
- Post-secondary education in Analytics, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Business, Information Systems, or a related discipline, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Proficiency in SQL for data extraction, transformation, and analysis
- Hands-on experience with Power BI for dashboard development and data visualization
- Experience using Python and/or SAS for data preparation, analysis, and reporting
- Understanding of data quality validation, testing, and troubleshooting techniques
- Experience working with large and complex data sets from multiple sources
- Ability to translate business requirements into reporting and analytical solutions
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Ability to communicate insights effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Experience developing and maintaining reporting documentation and process materials

NICE TO HAVE:

- Experience supporting digital analytics, marketing analytics, or customer analytics initiatives
- Familiarity with data warehousing concepts and data modeling
- Experience working with automated reporting processes and data pipeline monitoring
- Knowledge of KPI framework development and performance measurement methodologies
- Exposure to statistical analysis and forecasting techniques
- Experience working in a consulting or client-facing setting
- Familiarity with additional visualization or analytics tools beyond Power BI
- Understanding of governance, risk, and compliance considerations related to data and reporting workflows
