Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Retail Sales Associate to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for customer service and a strong ability to engage with customers, ensuring a positive shopping experience. As a Retail Sales Associate, you will be responsible for assisting customers, managing transactions, and maintaining the overall appearance of the store.

Duties

- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting and assisting customers in a friendly manner.
- Operate the cash register, handle cash transactions, and process payments accurately.
- Maintain knowledge of products and services to provide technical sales support when needed.
- Assist customers with product selection and answer any inquiries regarding merchandise.
- Keep the sales floor organized, stocked, and visually appealing to enhance the shopping experience.
- Manage inventory levels by restocking shelves and conducting regular inventory checks.
- Utilize POS systems efficiently for transactions and sales reporting.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and maintain store standards.

Qualifications

- Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred.




- British Columbia Drivers License (New or Full License Only)
- Robust cashiering skills with experience in cash handling.
- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Technical sales knowledge is a plus, particularly in understanding product specifications.
- Strong organizational skills to maintain an orderly work environment.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills in a fast-paced retail environment.
