The opportunity

UMATTR is looking for a proactive, organized and people-focused Career Circle Community & Social Media Coordinator .

This is not primarily a graphic-design or influencer-content position .

The main responsibility is to help build an active, welcoming and useful professional community on Career Circle. The successful candidate will regularly engage with members, welcome new profiles, encourage discussions, promote member projects and help people participate in relevant Circles and activities.

The role will also include managing UMATTR’s approved social media content through Buffer and supporting UMATTR’s LinkedIn presence.

Buffer allows teams to organize content, maintain posting schedules, customize posts for individual platforms and manage a publishing queue from one workspace. Its Insights tools can also track metrics such as engagement, impressions and follower growth.

LinkedIn Page administrators can publish and manage posts, interact with comments, mentions, reactions and reposts, and review content, visitor and follower analytics.
