Location: Cornwall, ON (with travel throughout Eastern Ontario and occasional out-of-town work)

Job Summary

Perras Distefano Construction & Design Services Inc. is seeking motivated, dependable Carpenters and Construction Workers to join our growing team. We specialize in commercial, industrial, and institutional construction, including pre-engineered metal building (PEMB) projects.

The ideal candidate has experience in commercial construction and enjoys working on a variety of projects in a team-oriented setting.

Responsibilities

- Assist with the construction of commercial and industrial buildings
- Install structural steel components, wall and roof cladding, insulation, trims, and related building systems
- Perform general carpentry and construction duties
- Read and follow construction drawings and site instructions
- Operate hand and power tools safely
- Maintain a clean and organized work site
- Follow all company and site safety requirements

Qualifications
- Experience in construction
- Experience erecting pre-engineered metal buildings is considered a strong asset
- Carpentry experience preferred
- Ability to work at heights




- Valid driver's licence and reliable transportation
- Willingness to travel for projects when required
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude
