We are seeking a friendly and professional Customer Service Associate / Cashier to join our retail team. Duties

- Greet customers warmly and assist them with their purchases in a courteous manner
- Operate POS systems accurately for sales transactions, returns, and exchanges
- Handle cash, credit card payments, and process refunds with precision
- Conduct product demos and provide information on merchandise to enhance customer engagement
- Upsell products and services to maximize sales opportunities
- Maintain organized merchandising displays to attract customer attention
- Manage phone inquiries professionally, providing information or directing calls as needed
- Ensure the sales floor is clean, organized, and well-stocked throughout the shift
- Assist in inventory management and stock replenishment as required

Skills





- Strong communication skills in English; bilingual abilities are highly desirable
- Experience with POS systems, cashiering, and cash handling procedures
- Knowledge of retail sales techniques, upselling, and merchandising strategies
- Ability to perform basic math accurately for transactions and inventory counts
- Excellent organizational skills and time management to handle multiple tasks efficiently
- Customer service-oriented mindset with a friendly demeanor and phone etiquette
- Technical sales experience or product demo skills are advantageous for promoting specialized items
- Multilingual capabilities to serve a diverse customer base effectively
