We are seeking a dedicated and skilled individual to join our dynamic construction team! In this vital role, you will be responsible for executing a variety of building projects, ensuring precision, safety, and quality at every stage. Your expertise will contribute to transforming blueprints and schematics into tangible structures, supporting restoration efforts, and enhancing the durability and aesthetics of our projects.

This position offers an exciting opportunity to work with a talented team on diverse construction sites, utilizing your carpentry, concrete finishing, and heavy equipment operation skills to deliver outstanding results.

Duties

- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to guide construction activities
- Construct, install, and repair structures using concrete forming techniques, siding, framing, and woodworking skills
- Operate power tools, hand tools, heavy equipment, and welding equipment safely and efficiently
- Perform concrete finishing tasks such as pouring, smoothing, and sealing concrete surfaces
- Assist with restoration projects by repairing or replacing damaged structures or materials




- Handle heavy lifting and manual labor to move materials and equipment around job sites
- Maintain a clean and organized work setting while adhering to safety protocols at all times

Experience

- Proven construction experience with a strong background in carpentry, concrete work, or related trades
- Ability to read blueprints and schematics accurately for precise project execution
- Familiarity with heavy equipment operation including cranes, forklifts, or other machinery
- Hands-on experience with concrete forming,
- Knowledge of siding installation and woodworking practices preferred
- Comfortable working with power tools and hand tools in various weather conditions
- Demonstrated ability to perform heavy lifting safely while maintaining physical stamina
