- Address customer concerns or complaints promptly with positive solutions
- Support onboarding of new customers by explaining policies and guiding them through processes
- Maintain detailed records of transactions and customer interactions for reporting purposes
Requirements
- Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or food service environments preferred
- Experience working with children is a plus, especially if involved in educational or entertainment settings
- Strong public speaking skills to confidently communicate with diverse audiences
- Excellent cash handling skills with attention to accuracy and security
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced virtual environment
