- Provide excellent customer service by addressing questions, resolving issues, and guiding customers through our services
- Manage guest interactions professionally, creating a welcoming experience for all clients
- Maintain confidentiality of customer information and adhere to privacy policies
- Support team members with administrative tasks related to customer accounts and order processing




- Collaborate with colleagues to improve service delivery and share best practices for guest engagement

Qualifications

- Proven experience working with children or in hospitality environments is a plus, demonstrating patience and adaptability
- Strong public speaking skills to confidently communicate with diverse audiences
- Previous customer service or guest services experience, especially in a retail or food service setting
- Skilled in cash handling with attention to accuracy and security
- Familiarity with food service operations or hospitality industry standards is advantageous
