- Handle customer complaints or concerns professionally, offering effective solutions promptly
- Maintain detailed transaction records and ensure compliance with company policies
- Support food service or hospitality-related tasks as needed,



including order processing or scheduling
- Engage in public speaking opportunities to communicate product features or service offerings confidently

Requirements

- Proven experience in customer service, guest services, or food service environments
- Robust cash handling skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent communication skills, including public speaking and active listening abilities
- Experience working with children is a plus, demonstrating patience and adaptability
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting while staying organized and motivated
- Familiarity with hospitality standards and providing exceptional guest experiences
- A positive attitude, energetic approach, and eagerness to learn new skills
