- Provide friendly, professional customer service via phone, chat, or email to address inquiries and resolve issues promptly
- Assist customers with product information, order status updates, and troubleshooting support
- Maintain detailed records of transactions, customer interactions, and feedback to ensure quality service
- Manage guest services by creating a welcoming virtual environment and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout their experience
- Process refunds, exchanges, or cancellations following company policies with transparency and care




- Collaborate with team members to improve service processes and share best practices for a smooth customer journey

Experience

- Prior experience working with children is a plus, demonstrating patience and understanding in diverse interactions
- Robust public speaking skills to confidently communicate with customers and team members alike
- Proven background in customer service or guest services roles, ideally within hospitality or food service environments
- Experience handling cash transactions accurately while maintaining integrity and attention to detail
- Familiarity with food service operations or hospitality settings enhances your ability to connect with customers’ needs
- Excellent communication skills with a positive attitude and active listening abilities
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting while managing multiple tasks efficiently
