- Assist customers with product inquiries, demos, and upselling opportunities to enhance their purchase experience
- Maintain organized merchandising displays and ensure products are well-stocked and properly priced
- Manage time effectively during busy periods to minimize wait times and maximize sales opportunities
- Follow phone etiquette standards when assisting customers via phone or online inquiries





Skills

- Strong communication skills in English; multilingual abilities are a plus for serving diverse customers
- Previous retail sales or cashiering experience preferred; technical sales experience is advantageous
- Proficiency with POS systems, cash handling, and basic math for accurate transactions
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor
- Ability to perform product demos and upsell effectively while maintaining professionalism
- Strong organizational skills for managing merchandising tasks and inventory checks
- Effective time management and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced setting
- Bilingual capabilities to serve a broader customer base; familiarity with retail merchandising standards
