We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Customer Service Associate / Cashier to join our team. Responsibilities

- Process transactions accurately using the POS system, ensuring cash handling procedures are followed.
- Conduct product demos and provide technical sales support to enhance customer understanding of products.
- Engage in upselling techniques to maximize sales opportunities while maintaining customer satisfaction.
- Maintain a clean and organized checkout area, ensuring merchandising displays are appealing and stocked.
- Handle customer complaints with professionalism, utilizing effective communication skills to resolve issues.




- Demonstrate solid time management skills by efficiently managing multiple tasks during peak hours.
- Uphold phone etiquette when answering customer calls or inquiries, providing timely responses and assistance.

Qualifications

- Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred.
- Strong communication skills in English; bilingual or multilingual candidates are highly desirable.
- Familiarity with technology sales and technical products is a plus.
- Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and transaction processing.
- Proficiency in using POS systems for efficient transaction management.
- Excellent organizational skills to maintain an orderly workspace and manage inventory effectively.
