Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Stocking Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that our store shelves are well-stocked, organized, and clean, providing an excellent shopping experience for our customers. This role requires strong organizational skills and the ability to communicate effectively with team members and customers.

Responsibilities

- Receive and unload merchandise from delivery trucks, ensuring that all items are accounted for.
- Stock shelves with products in an organized manner, following company guidelines for product placement.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the stockroom and sales floor.
- Assist customers by answering questions and providing information about products.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient stocking processes.
- Perform cashiering duties as needed, including handling transactions accurately.
- Help with Kitchen Applications.
- Load and unload orders as required.




- Communicate effectively with management regarding inventory levels and stock needs.

Experience

- Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred but not required.
- Robust organizational skills to maintain a tidy and efficient work environment.
- Bilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse customer bases.
- Familiarity with operating forklifts is advantageous; training may be provided if necessary.
- A commitment to cleanliness and attention to detail in all tasks performed.
