Payrate: $20.00/hour

Job Requirements
- Valid Ontario Security Guard License
- Valid First Aid and CPR Level C
- Authorized to legally work in Canada
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrated punctuality and reliability, tact and diplomacy
- Previous security experience is an asset
- Previous customer service experience is an asset
- Post Secondary education in a Law Enforcement/Security program from a recognized college preferred
Job Responsibilities In this role, you will be responsible for:
- Patrol assigned area on foot
- Ensure students, staff and visitors adhere to Algonquin College policy, directives, and regulations
- Greet employees and visitors at designated entrances
- Control room with CCTV & Access Card System
- Parking Enforcement
- Additional job duties as assigned
