We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Ceramic Coating Installer to join established detailing shop. In this role, you will be responsible for applying high-quality ceramic coatings to vehicles. Responsibilities
- Prepare vehicle surfaces by thoroughly cleaning and decontaminating and paint correcting.
- Apply ceramic coatings with precision, following manufacturer guidelines and safety protocols
- Inspect finished work for quality, smoothness, and even coverage, making adjustments as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including proper disposal of waste materials
- Use appropriate tools and equipment to ensure efficient application and safety standards are met
- Assist with inventory management by tracking supplies and notifying supervisors of stock needs
Qualifications
- Prior experience in vehicle detailing, cleaning, or applying protective coatings is preferred but not required; training will be provided for the right candidate
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality workmanship
- Ability to follow detailed instructions and safety procedures accurately
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods, bend, kneel, and perform repetitive tasks comfortably
- Basic understanding of cleaning techniques and materials used in automotive care is a plus
Pay: From $20.00 per hour
