Role: Principal, Change Management + AI Enablement What will my role be:

- Lead large-scale transformation programs by connecting strategy, operating models, processes, and technology to drive measurable business outcomes.
- Grow and manage a portfolio of client accounts through delivery quality and expansion
- Serve as a trusted advisor to senior executives, guiding strategic decisions in complex environments, particularly related to AI and the future of work.

- Proven experience leading large-scale workforce transformation initiatives in complex organizations
- Ability to connect strategy, process, technology, and organizational behavior
- Experience in consulting (management, technology, or professional services), including selling and delivering work
