Tasks and Responsibilities

- Oversee all kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking, and presentation.
- Develop and design innovative menus that reflect seasonal ingredients and current culinary trends.
- Manage kitchen staff, providing training, guidance, and support to ensure a cohesive team environment.
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain high standards of cleanliness in the kitchen.
- Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure seamless service and guest satisfaction.
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed to maintain efficient kitchen operations.




- Implement cost control measures to optimize food production while minimizing waste.
- Foster a positive work workplace that encourages creativity, teamwork, and professional growth.
