Portico Intelligence is building the future of AI-powered business communication.

Our AI call center helps businesses automate customer calls, qualify leads, book appointments, dispatch jobs, and streamline operations — allowing companies to improve customer experience while reducing manual workload. We are an early-stage AI company looking for a strategic operator to join our leadership team and help scale the company from the ground up.This is not a traditional COO role. We are looking for someone who wants to have a real impact, take ownership, and build alongside the founders.

Role Description:

The Chief Operating Officer (COO) will play a key role in shaping Portico Intelligence's growth strategy, sales execution, and operational foundation.

You will work directly with the founders to develop and execute company strategy, build scalable processes, drive revenue growth, and help establish the systems needed to grow an AI company.

The ideal candidate is someone who has experience building companies, leading teams, developing sales strategies, and turning opportunities into measurable growth.

Responsibilities include:

Lead strategic planning and execution alongside the founders.

Build and optimize sales processes to accelerate customer acquisition.

Develop go-to-market strategies and identify growth opportunities.

Create operational systems that allow the company to scale efficiently.

Help build and manage future sales, customer success, and operations teams.





Track key business metrics and improve performance across departments.

Support major client relationships and ensure successful delivery.

Bring structure, accountability, and leadership to a fast-moving startup environment.
