Position Summary The Child Care Assistant (CCA), as part of a team of Early Childhood Educators and CCAs, delivers child-specific, age appropriate programming to all children in the program in accordance with child development principles.
The CCA implement plans and provides programming designed to meet each child’s assessed needs in a manner that promotes positive social, physical, emotional and cognitive development. The CCA maintains a clean and secure environment that encourages healthy interaction and learning.
