Key Responsibilities: • Ensure compliance with government and organizational childcare requirements • Supervise and mentor childcare staff,



including evaluations • Plan developmentally appropriate activities for children • Market and recruit new participants and families • Manage risk in daily operations, ensuring safety and cleanliness

Requirements: • Post-secondary diploma in Early Childhood Education • Minimum two years of management experience • Current First Aid & CPR certification • Strong understanding of childcare programming • Commitment to The Salvation Army's mission
