- Manage relationships with key business partners and stakeholders
- Conduct Risk and Control Self-Assessments (RCSA) regularly
- Lead Incident Reporting investigations and other assessments
- Propose recommendations to mitigate operational risks
- Execute CIBC Control Framework requirements thoroughly Requirements:
- Experience in risk management within banking or audit
- Professional accreditation (CPA/CIA/MBA) preferred
