Responsibilities:

- Become a key contributor to the team from day one.
- Work alongside experienced engineers and industry professionals who provide mentorship and technical guidance.
- Gain exposure to the full project lifecycle, including design, construction support, tendering, contract administration, estimating, and quality assurance.

The ideal candidate will bring:

- Experience designing municipal infrastructure, roads, and land development projects.
- Strong knowledge of water, stormwater, and sanitary servicing design calculations.
- Familiarity with sustainable design practices and regulatory requirements in British Columbia.
- Strong communication, collaboration, and project management skills.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement.
- Registration as a Skilled Engineer (P.Eng.) with EGBC (preferably with 1–2 years of post-registration experience).
- Experience using Civil 3D and related engineering design software .
