We're looking for a dependable Class 1 or Class 3 Driver who enjoys variety, takes pride in their work, and values being part of a hardworking team.

No two days are the same. One day you might be delivering a bin to a homeowner tackling a renovation, and the next you could be servicing a construction site or hauling scrap metal from an industrial facility. About EMRO

EMRO is built on more than 40 years of hands-on experience in construction and recycling. Based in Calgary and servicing Southern Alberta, including rural and remote areas, EMRO manages the collection, loading, and transport of waste, scrap metal, construction debris, and unwanted materials to the correct recycling and disposal facilities.

What You'll Do

- Safely operate Class 1 or Class 3 vehicles throughout Calgary and Southern Alberta.
- Deliver, exchange, and pick up roll-off bins at residential, commercial, industrial, and construction sites.
- Transport scrap metal, recyclable materials, demolition debris, and general waste.
- Complete daily pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure vehicles and equipment are safe and roadworthy.
- Secure loads and operate equipment safely while following all applicable regulations.
- Complete required paperwork, trip inspections, and documentation accurately.
- Provide friendly, professional service while representing EMRO at customer sites.
- Work closely with the operations team to complete schedules efficiently and safely.




- Assist with yard operations and general duties when required.

What We're Looking For

- Valid Alberta Class 1 or Class 3 Driver's Licence.
- Clean driver's abstract.
- Experience operating roll-off, hook-lift, tandem, or similar commercial trucks is considered an asset.
- Comfortable performing physical work in all weather conditions.
- Robust commitment to safety and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently.
- Positive attitude and willingness to jump in wherever needed.
- Ideally the candidate has their Hours of Service, First Aid, Air Brake, and Cargo Securement tickets.

Pay: $28.00-$42.00 per hour
