We are seeking energetic and reliable Casual Cleaners to join our agile team! In this role, you will play a vital part in maintaining clean, safe, and welcoming environments across various commercial facilities. Your enthusiasm and attention to detail will ensure spaces are spotless and well-maintained, creating a positive experience for everyone who enters.
This position is a casual position, and you would be hired as a self employed cleaner. You can start and finish cleaning anytime between 30 minutes AFTER the business closes for the day and FINISH cleaning 30 minutes BEFORE it opens for the next business day.
Duties
- Perform routine cleaning duties across various areas, including floors, restrooms, offices, and common spaces
- Use appropriate cleaning equipment and supplies to ensure effective sanitation and maintenance
- Maintain cleanliness of commercial spaces by dusting, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and waste disposal
- Conduct facilities maintenance tasks such as replenishing supplies and reporting any repairs needed
- Follow health and safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment for everyone
- Assist with special cleaning projects or deep cleans as requested
Qualifications
- Previous experience in cleaning or facilities maintenance is preferred but not mandatory;
- Knowledge of commercial cleaning techniques and equipment is a plus
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while following detailed instructions
- Maintain the scope of cleaning required by the Client
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to high standards of cleanliness
- Good physical stamina to perform cleaning duties that involve standing, bending, lifting, and moving equipment
