Commitment: 10–40 hours/week What You'll Do Lead and mentor a business intelligence team in designing and delivering dashboards, reports, and analytics that support clinical and operational decision-making
Maintain and optimize BI infrastructure — including data models, SQL queries, and reporting pipelines — ensuring accuracy, reliability, and performance at scale
Analyze clinical, operational, and performance datasets to uncover meaningful trends and translate them into actionable recommendations for leadership
Bridge the gap between complex healthcare data and real-world decisions that improve care delivery and organizational efficiency
Collaborate with AI research teams to apply clinical domain expertise to cutting-edge model training and evaluation projects Who You Are Experienced healthcare or clinical analytics professional with a proven track record in business intelligence or data management
Skilled at designing and managing end-to-end BI systems, including dashboards, reporting pipelines, and data models
Comfortable working with clinical, operational, and administrative datasets in regulated healthcare environments A transparent communicator who can translate complex data findings into compelling narratives for non-technical stakeholders
Self-directed and reliable — you deliver quality work independently without constant oversight Nice to Have Prior experience with data annotation, data quality assurance, or evaluation systems
Familiarity with AI or machine learning workflows as they relate to structured healthcare data
Background in EMR/EHR systems, claims data, or population health analytics
