Responsibilities

- Perform thorough cleaning of designated areas using appropriate tools and techniques to uphold cleanliness standards.
- Utilize hand tools and power tools safely for tasks such as scrubbing, polishing, or minor repairs related to cleaning equipment or fixtures.
- Conduct routine facilities maintenance tasks to ensure all areas are protected, functional, and well-maintained.
- Carry out commercial cleaning duties including vacuuming, dusting, mopping, window washing, and trash disposal in high-traffic environments.
- Manage time effectively to complete cleaning schedules within designated shifts while maintaining high-quality standards.
- Use heavy lifting skills when moving furniture, equipment, or supplies safely and efficiently.




- Communicate clearly with team members and supervisors regarding work progress or any issues encountered during cleaning operations.

Skills

- Proficiency with hand tools and power tools used in cleaning and minor maintenance tasks.
- Strong facilities maintenance knowledge to identify and address basic repair needs.
- Extensive experience in commercial cleaning environments with a focus on hygiene and safety protocols.
- Excellent customer service skills to ensure a positive experience for building occupants or visitors.
- Custodial experience that demonstrates reliability, attention to detail, and adherence to safety standards.
- Effective time management abilities to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines consistently.
- Physical capability for heavy lifting and prolonged standing or walking during shifts.
- Clear communication skills for coordinating with team members and reporting issues promptly.
