Responsibilities

- Perform thorough cleaning of commercial spaces, including floors, windows, restrooms, and common areas using appropriate cleaning tools and supplies

- Maintain cleaning equipment and report any repairs or replacements needed
- Follow safety procedures when handling cleaning chemicals and equipment to prevent accidents or hazards
- Collaborate with facilities management to address specific cleaning needs or special requests




- Complete cleaning checklists and documentation to ensure accountability and quality standards are met
- Assist with basic facilities maintenance tasks as needed to support the overall upkeep of the premises

Experience

- Proven experience in commercial cleaning or facilities maintenance preferred
- Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques, products, and safety procedures
- Ability to operate cleaning machinery such as floor buffers, vacuums, and pressure washers effectively
- Excellent attention to detail with a proactive attitude towards maintaining cleanliness standards
- Reliable work ethic with the ability to follow instructions precisely and work independently
- Good physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks and lift or move cleaning supplies safely
