Justwealth Financial Inc., a CSA-regulated online Portfolio Manager operating across Canada, has enjoyed significant growth and emerged as one of Canada’s leading robo-advisors. To support our growth, we are looking for an experienced professional to fill a Client Portfolio Manager (PM) role.

Registration

Requirement The Client PM must be registerable as an Advising Representative, Associate Advising Representative, or CRM Advising Representative with a provincial securities regulator.

Investment

Expertise The Client PM will be responsible for providing investment expertise to a dedicated group of Justwealth clients including individuals and corporate clients. This will include:

Model portfolio selection

Communicating investment advice, theory and strategies, and explaining the tax implications of investment strategies

Maintaining knowledge of Justwealth’s portfolio lineup and the dynamics of exchange-traded funds “ETFs”, generally Industry Experience

We will only consider candidates with experience filling a similar role at a CSA-regulated entity. Successful candidates should also have completed relevant coursework as required by National instrument 31-103 (NI 31-103) to be registered as an Advising Representative as well as having successfully completed a CFA or CIM designation and have attained appropriate investment industry experience.

3+ years’ experience in a client-facing role with proficiency in asset allocation combined with knowledge of Exchange Traded Funds and financial planning.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Strong organizational skills, with the ability to work on multiple projects concurrently.





Ability to work collaboratively with operations and business development teams.

Strong knowledge of investment products, competitors, and compliance regulations (NI 31-103).

Relentless commitment to providing industry-leading client service.

Experience working with High Net Worth clients and French communication skills would be considered strong assets. Technology & Support

Given our sophisticated technology platform, it is expected that the successful candidate will be comfortable using automated processes, dealing with clients remotely, and eager to evolve and adapt to technological changes that can improve efficiencies and quality control.

The Portfolio Manager will be supported by a Support Team to handle administrative tasks, a trading team, and will have resources for communication materials, compliance, and operational support. Compensation
