At Roberts & Obradovic Law, the intake team sets the tone for everything we do. We represent employees across Ontario at some of the most stressful moments in their careers, and the Client Intake & Client Services Coordinator plays a central role in that experience.

This is not a routine admin position. You are the first voice people hear, the person who brings clarity to uncertainty, and the link between a client’s first call and meaningful legal help. If you enjoy responsibility, client interaction, and being relied on as part of a focused, professional team, this role matters.

What You’ll Do

- Serve as the primary point of contact for new client inquiries by phone, email, and online chat
- Act as a client success coordinator, ensuring every potential client feels heard, supported, and guided from first contact through consultation
- Collect and assess intake information to help determine next steps




- Schedule and manage consultations with lawyers efficiently and accurately
- Own the organization of intake documents and client records
- Maintain precise data entry across internal systems
- Communicate with professionalism, confidence, and empathy in high-stakes situations
- Support key administrative tasks and projects that keep the firm running smoothly

What We’re Looking For

- Strong phone presence and explicit written communication
- Excellent time management and ability to juggle competing priorities
- High level of discretion and comfort handling sensitive information
- Detail-driven, reliable, and proactive
- Proficient with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Experience in employment law is an asset
