Role Description

This full-time remote position as a Client Relations Associate on the Fast Track to Leadership offers a unique chance for career growth and skill development. Qualifications

- Strong Interpersonal Skills and Client Relations experience
- Exceptional Communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proven Customer Service expertise with a focus on delivering client satisfaction
- Analytical Skills to assess client feedback and propose effective solutions
- Ability to work independently and manage remote responsibilities efficiently
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business, Communications, or a related field (preferred)
- Prior experience in the insurance or financial services industry is a plus
