We are a walk-in chiropractic practice that has been in Beaumont for 10 years. We are looking to add a front desk staff member onto our team. The ideal candidate will work well under pressure, have a keen eye for organization and multi task effectively. We are looking for staff that are long term, and have a patient focus.
This role is essential in creating a welcoming atmosphere and ensuring the smooth operation of our front desk activities.
PLEASE NOTE: This role is a casual position of 6-15 hours with the possibility of more hours in the future.
Responsibilities
- Greet and assist patients as they arrive
- Manage incoming phone calls and respond to inquiries in a skilled manner.
- Schedule appointments on JANE and maintain an organized flow.
- Direct billing private insurance .
- Ensure the front desk area is tidy and presentable at all times.
- Collaborate with other staff members to ensure seamless service delivery.
Qualifications
- Experience utilizing Jane is preferable, but not required.
- Confidence in problem solving and resolution management.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Proficient in using phone systems and computer applications, including Google Suite/Microsoft.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a friendly demeanor.
- Ability to type accurately and efficiently while managing client interactions.
- A proactive attitude towards problem-solving and customer service excellence.
- Have open availability including morning, evenings and weekends
Pay: $17.00-$19.00 per hour
