Navigate Wellness Clinical Counsellor RCC RTC CCC Jasper Alberta Pay: $105–$120 per hour Job type: Full-time, Part-time, Casual, Freelance Benefits: Work from home, Flexible schedule Navigate Wellness Counselling is looking for a warm, dedicated, and growth-oriented Clinical Counsellor to join our small but expanding virtual practice. This role is ideal for counsellors who value autonomy, lifestyle flexibility, adventure, and work that feels meaningful while maintaining a sense of community and support. Responsibilities Provide virtual individual or couples counselling sessions using evidence‑based approaches. Develop and maintain personalized treatment plans. Maintain accurate and confidential clinical documentation in our EMR.

Collaborate as needed on care planning, risk assessment, and treatment coordination (new counsellors with under 5 years of experience should have regular contact with a trusted supervisor). Participate in optional consultation meetings. Maintain ethical standards consistent with BCACC, ACCT, or CCPA.





Qualifications Registration in good standing with RCC, RTC, CCC, or equivalent. Ability to work independently with strong clinical judgment. Interest or experience in trauma therapy, anxiety treatment, or somatic‑based work – training in IFS, EMDR, or hypnotherapy is an asset. Strong interpersonal skills, self‑awareness, and capacity for curiosity and attunement. Excellent boundaries and reliable, professional communication. Comfort with virtual counselling and technology (training provided).
