- Oversee the delivery of resident care services
- Ensure adherence to professional care standards
- Lead multi-site strategic planning initiatives
- Foster compliance with government and regulatory standards
- Direct leadership on RAI/MDS coding and auditing
Requirements:
- Registered Nurse with current Alberta license
- 1-2 years experience in leadership roles
- Experience in long-term and mental health care
- Gerontological Nursing Certificate
- Familiarity with RAI 2.0 and Quality Indicators
