Commercial Plumber – All Yukon Refrigeration

Whitehorse, YT

We’re hiring a Commercial Plumber. The main focus of this role is installing recent commercial plumbing systems. Repair and maintenance will come up, but new installs are the priority.

Key Responsibilities

- Install commercial plumbing systems (piping, fixtures, valves, drainage, etc.)
- Act as a working foreman / lead the crew on job sites when needed
- Read and work from blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings
- Perform repairs and maintenance when required
- Use hand tools, power tools, and welding equipment
- Coordinate with other trades on commercial job sites
- Follow all plumbing codes, safety standards, and company procedures
- Travel to job sites around the Yukon when required

What We’re Looking For





- Strong experience installing commercial plumbing systems
- Ability to step into a foreman role and lead a crew
- Able to read and interpret blueprints and schematics
- Comfortable with tools, welding, and physical work
- Knowledge of plumbing codes and safety standards
- Valid trade ticket preferred
- Reliable, organized, and able to work independently or with a crew
- Willing to work on remote or out-of-town sites

Pay: $50.00-$65.00 per hour
