? Launch and grow Variet, securing first customers and distribution channels

? Build strategic partnerships across B2B, B2G, and new industry verticals

? Support fundraising, investor engagement, and pitch preparation

? Develop and execute the go-to-market roadmap for both the brand and platform

? Help assemble and lead the founding team as we scale
