Requirements
- Proficiency in COBOL programming and understanding of mainframe or midrange environments.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate complex technical concepts in explicit written and verbal English.
- Experience with interpreting legacy system documentation and business logic.
- Familiarity with data processing, batch operations, or transaction management in COBOL.
- Keen attention to detail and a methodical approach to code analysis and documentation.
