Responsible for preparing, baking, and presenting a variety of baked goods while maintaining quality, safety, and cleanliness standards.

Prepare Ingredients
Measure and mix ingredients according to recipes.
Prepare doughs, fillings, and icings.
Bake Products
Operate ovens and baking equipment.
pastries, pies, tarts and other baked goods.
Monitor baking times and temperatures.
Decorate and Finish Products
Apply glazes, frostings, and toppings.
Ensure products are attractive and meet quality standards.
Maintain Quality Control
Check the quality, freshness, and consistency of products.
Follow standard recipes and production procedures.
Ensure customer satisfaction through high-quality products.
Manage Inventory
Monitor stock levels of ingredients and supplies.
Order and store ingredients properly.
Minimize waste and control costs.
Follow Food Safety Standards
Maintain cleanliness of work areas and equipment.
Follow food hygiene and sanitation regulations.
Ensure safe handling and storage of food products.
Operate and Maintain Equipment
Use mixers, ovens, proofers, and other baking equipment safely.
Perform basic maintenance and report equipment issues.
Work as Part of a Team
Coordinate with kitchen staff and supervisors.
Meet production schedules and deadlines.

Qualifications current Food Handler Certification
Pay: $17.60-$20.00 per hour

Experience:
- Commercial baking: 2 years (required)
