Join Our Growing Team! Simple Clean Solutions is a fast-growing property Cleaning company providing professional cleaning, maintenance, painting, renovations, and emergency services to apartment buildings, commercial properties, and residential communities throughout Greater Victoria.

We are looking for reliable, hardworking Commercial Cleaners who take pride in their work and enjoy working independently while delivering exceptional service.

Responsibilities

You will be responsible for cleaning and maintaining common areas within apartment and commercial buildings, including:

- Cleaning lobby entrances
- Cleaning interior and exterior glass doors
- Dusting common areas, ledges, and handrails
- Vacuuming hallways and carpets
- Sweeping and mopping hard surface floors
- Cleaning elevators, mirrors, and stainless steel finishes
- Cleaning laundry rooms and common washrooms
- Emptying garbage and replacing liners
- Spot cleaning walls, doors, and high-touch surfaces
- Removing cobwebs
- Reporting maintenance concerns, vandalism, or safety hazards
- Maintaining company cleaning equipment and supplies
- Following company quality standards and safety procedures

What We're Looking For




- Previous commercial or janitorial cleaning experience preferred
- Apartment building experience is an asset
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Professional appearance and communication skills
- Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs and perform repetitive cleaning tasks
- Valid Class 5 Driver's Licence preferred
- Reliable transportation is considered an asset
- Ability to pass a criminal record check
