A well–regarded and expanding Vancouver litigation boutique is seeking a talented senior commercial litigation lawyer to join their growing team. Known historically for their expertise within ICBC defense, this firm has nimbly diversified its practice into multiple areas of litigation. They provide the ability to work 100% remotely and senior lawyers dedicated to mentorship. 4 weeks vacation The incumbent lawyer will be stepping into a busy litigation practice.
The work will involve a wide range of general commercial litigation matters, including but not limited to shareholder and partnership disputes, construction disputes, qualified and occupier’s liability, real estate disputes, and more. 4+ years of post-call experience with litigation. Focused commercial litigation experience considered a strong asset
