Known historically for their expertise within ICBC defense, this firm has nimbly diversified its practice into multiple areas of litigation. They provide the ability to work 100% remotely and senior lawyers dedicated to mentorship. 4 weeks vacation The incumbent lawyer will be stepping into a busy litigation practice.
The work will involve a wide range of general commercial litigation matters, including but not limited to shareholder and partnership disputes, construction disputes, professional and occupier’s liability, real estate disputes, and more. 4+ years of post-call experience with litigation. Focused commercial litigation experience considered a solid asset
