Own the engine that turns 1M+ social followers into newsletter subscribers — and subscribers into a community that actually builds things.

PracticalyAI is the newsletter and community arm of a creator business with ~1M+ followers on

DigitalSamaritan and ~200k+ on PracticalyAI. Our daily newsletter's promise: become the most capable person in any room by getting 1% better at AI every day. Our audience is entrepreneurs who want to build with AI but get stuck once they start.

The content machine already works. The growth engine behind it is designed but unmanned. That's this job.

What you'll own

Newsletter growth (~40%)

- Build lead magnets — guides, templates, and resources that give people a reason to subscribe
- Run the funnel from our social channels to the newsletter: landing pages, subscribe flows, and the marketing behind them
- Own subscriber growth as your number — track it, report it, experiment against it

Community & live programming (~40%)
- Design and run the member experience: onboarding, welcoming, keeping the community warm
- Set up, host, and moderate live sessions — build-along workshops, Q&As;, and free webinars — end to end
- Be the human face members interact with between the founder's appearances

Ops (~20%)
- Own the tooling: email platform, community platform, webinar stack

- Bring audience questions and stuck-points back into our content

You're right for this if:
- You've run a community, lifecycle/email program, or webinar program — at a SaaS company, media company, or for a creator — and you can point to a number you moved
- You're comfortable on camera and live; hosting a session with 200 people in it doesn't scare you
- You write clearly and quick — lead magnets are a writing job as much as a marketing job
- You use AI tools daily yourself
- You want to own a whole engine, not a slice of one

What this isn't: a social media manager role (content is covered), a pure moderator role, or a big-company job with a playbook. You'll write the playbook.

Structure and pay

- Start: 3-month contract, 20–30 hrs/week, $40–$50/hr CAD depending on experience
- Clear 90-day outcomes agreed up front: first lead magnet shipped, first webinar hosted, onboarding flow live, weekly growth report running
- Pre-agreed conversion to full-time ($75–85K CAD base + growth-tied upside) if outcomes are hit

To apply: alongside your resume, include a short note with (1) a number you moved and how, (2) a link to anything you've hosted or a community you've run, and (3) the AI tool you actually use every day. No cover letters.
