Hello my name is Dustin Smith, I am 39 years old, and I am in a wheelchair with C.P. I’m a quadriplegic.

Victoria and I are looking for Community Support Workers who are reliable, responsible people who have a good work ethic, who have a outstanding attitude and someone who likes to go out to bars and night clubs stay out late and see my friends The shifts are evenings weekends and stat holidays with some flex-ability the shifts are five hours a day 20 hours a week Wednesday to Saturday five until ten sometimes later depending on what going on You need to have a clean class 5 driving license minimum your CP-RC first aid, your class 4 witch CLV and I will give you three mouths to get it and a TB test once hired CLV and I will reimburse you for your class.





- You need to be okay with toileting and dressing using the overhead sling lifts using the urine bottle and being boosted back in my chair. Class 4 is required

Pay: $27.53-$31.57 per hour
