- We are hiring a full-time Construction Helper to join our team as soon as possible.

Responsibilities

- Load, unload, and transport construction materials, tools, and equipment to residential construction and renovation sites, and move materials to designated work areas.
- Assist carpenters and other skilled tradespersons with basement finishing, kitchen and bathroom renovations, custom home construction, and laneway or coach home projects.
- Prepare and maintain construction sites by erecting and dismantling scaffolding, ramps, barricades, and other temporary structures as required.
- Perform demolition work, remove rubble and construction debris,



and clean and organize work areas to maintain a safe and productive job site.
- Mix, pour, and spread construction materials such as concrete and mortar, and tend equipment including mixers, compressors, and pumps as directed.
- Operate hand tools, power tools, pneumatic hammers, vibrators, and tampers safely while assisting with general construction activities under the direction of supervisors.
- Follow workplace health and safety procedures, assist with site cleanup, and perform other general construction labour duties as assigned to support the timely completion of residential projects.

Work must be completed at the physical location. There is no option to work remotely.
