As a Construction Laborer, you'll support skilled tradespeople by preparing sites, handling materials, and assisting with various construction tasks.

Duties

- Assist with site preparation, including clearing debris, setting up scaffolding, and organizing materials for efficient workflow
- Operate hand tools and power tools safely to perform tasks such as cutting, drilling, and fastening materials
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction drawings to support accurate project execution
- Mix and pour concrete, perform concrete finishing, and assist with masonry and concrete forming activities
- Support carpentry tasks like framing, cabinet installation, flooring installation, tile laying, and drywall setup




- Perform general maintenance and restoration work on existing structures as needed

Qualifications

- Prior construction experience or hands-on work in building environments preferred
- Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings with clarity
- Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and basic construction equipment
- Knowledge of construction techniques including concrete finishing, masonry, carpentry, plumbing, electrical work, welding, and flooring installation
- Familiarity with safety procedures related to heavy equipment operation and site safety standards
- Strong physical stamina to stand, lift heavy materials, and perform manual labor throughout the day
- Excellent teamwork skills with a proactive attitude toward learning new skills and supporting project goals
