: Position Summary
The Project Coordinator is responsible for coordinating the day-to-day activities of assigned projects. This position reports to the Project Manager and is responsible for coordinating the following project-related duties:
Establishing communication with clients, vendors, and subcontractors
Creating and tracking project documents; including but not limited to, schedule documents, project submittal documents, subcontract documentation, and job reports
Communicating with project manager to ensure project timelines are met and expectations are met
Developing and maintaining job schedules, organizing internal documents and weekly coordination meetings
Performing other duties as assigned by management
May be required to attend site meetings and site visits
Opportunities for potential advancement in estimating and project management
This is a full-time position that requires a Monday through Friday work week.

Skills/Abilities
Entry Level Project Coordination: A degree or certification in construction science is preferred, or experience in project coordination
Must be able to read, write and communicate clearly. Must have intermediate computer skills. Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel) is required.
Knowledge of Bluebeam is an asset, experience with Procore, Fieldwire or other construction systems is an asset.
Must have intermediate level of problem solving skills. Must be able to prioritize tasks based on importance and urgency. Must be able to follow through on commitments without constant supervision. Must be able to work independently with little supervision as well as in a team environment.
Must have excellent organizational skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritize work streams simultaneously. Must have the ability to manage time effectively with the ability to take meetings or appointments without being told by management.
